In March 2020, during the onset of the Covid lockdown, I created a painting titled 'Summer Days'. The inspiration for this artwork stemmed from a selfie I had taken while enjoying a swim in the sea. The captivating hues and patterns formed by the water ripples fascinated me, prompting me to capture the essence of tranquility and serenity experienced while floating in the ocean. As I painted this piece, I couldn't help but yearn for the vastness of the ocean, as I found myself confined within the walls of my home due to the lockdown measures.
